Spiritual Bathing

  • Always take a soap bath prior to a spiritual bath.

  • Spiritual bathing is a good way to cleanse your spiritual body, fortify the spirit, detach, nourish & rebalance.

  • Spiritual bathing is recommended when encountering negativity, fatigue, depression, anxiety, fear of any kind, or after a "negative" experience.

Put a mixture of herbs in a pot and pour hot water over them. Let the herbs soak for 15 minutes. Then, add the herbal mixture to your bathwater. Get into the bath and focus on your breathing. For a deeper cleanse, pour the water over your head. If you want, you can enhance the experience by adding crystals, flowers, or candles. Soak in the healing water for at least 15 minutes, and during this time, you can sing, cry, meditate, or visualize. As you drain the water, imagine your problems being washed away. Remember to clean the bathtub afterwards.
